Aphrodite’s Vision is a beautiful ritual oil blend that contains corresponding botanicals and is charged with rose quartz crystals. Rose quartz is a crystal of love, romance, friendship and healing communication. When you apply this oil, you tap into the energy/frequency of love. Love is the highest vibrational state to be in. This oil is similar to our Aphrodite’s Vision Luxury Body Oil, but in a smaller more compact version which can be used during ritual to anoint candles, other than anointing self. Oil is adorned with a sea shell charm which represents the goddess as well as a beautiful tassel. Use this oil for love drawing, attraction rituals and fertility rituals.

Scent is floral, with hints of citrus and vanilla in a base of organic carrier oil.

This beautiful oil was made in her honor and honor of my ancestors of Thrace (current Bulgaria). The mention of Aphrodite pre dates Greek times and she was originally worshipped by the civilization that inhabited the Balkans. The Thrace civilization being one of them. She was a Thracian deity (later adapted by the Greeks). The protobúlgaros, also know as ancient Bulgarians, (Thracians) had beliefs structured on paganism and worshipped different goddesses/deities. Aphrodite was one of them. A portion of her name, Αβеρε- spelled Αβеρεδιτα (Aberedita in English) corresponds to the Phrygian verb (which is a Indo-European language related to the Thracians) αββеρε which means to bring, or to collect. The other part of the name διτα, which is the equivalent to the Bulgarian word “ditsa” (English spelling) and means children. The correct name of the goddess of love is Aberedita, and its meaning is “the one that brings children”, or “the one with children”. She was known as the goddess of fertility, in addition to being the goddess of love and beauty. In those times, fertility was more sought after and more valued than beauty.

Suggested Use:

• Anoint crystals, talismans and other altar tools with this oil.
To charge crystals, add a couple of drops to purified water or to your moon water in a bowl and place them inside overnight. You may also place the charging bowl underneath sun light or moon light.
• You may dress your candles with this oil (please anoint the body of the candle only and never the wick)
• Anoint mojo bags, spell bottles or lucky charms.
• Add a drop or two in warm water to your ritual bath.
• Anoint self by dabbing a drop or two on your wrists or neck during or prior to ritual.
Our ritual oils are created for anointing, intention work, and spiritual practice. They are scented but they are not designed to scent candles or wax when burned.
