Cancellation Requests:
It is very difficult to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel it. After you place your order, you have a 24 hour window to cancel it. I cannot grant cancellations/refunds once this time frame has passed. Please be mindful of this before purchasing.

Please make sure that the items in your cart are the items you want to purchase before placing the order. I cannot cancel your order after the 24 hour time frame has passed.

Please be aware that our processing time is 3-6 business days Monday – Friday. Thank you for your understanding!

Processing and Shipping:

Processing your order is the amount of time it takes to make it and package it, prior to shipping. Based on the amount of orders in queue, turn around time may vary and can take 3-6 business days. Orders are processed during business days only (Monday-Friday). During the holidays, turnaround times may be longer. If you opt for Priority shipping, this does not change the processing time, it only changes the shipping time with USPS. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number which is located in your account under “purchases”. You can check on your order at your convenience.

If you are purchasing multiple items for different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

If you place an order, then decide to place another order, we can combine shipping. Just contact us within 24 hours of placing your orders. Order cannot be combined after the shipping label is created.

All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer FREE complimentary priority mail shipping on all US orders that value $75.00 or more. The free shipping option will be shown once your order meets the $75.00 minimum.

Incomplete or Wrong Address, Stolen, Misdelivery, Returned, Refused, Packages Stating as Delivered but Lost Packages:

Eternally Arcane® is not responsible for any incomplete or wrong addresses entered, stolen, misdelivered, returned, refused, or lost packages. In the rare case, if any of the above issues are present, please contact your local post office. They will provide you with the necessary steps to retrieve your package. We cannot locate or help with delivery of a package since the only information provided to us is the tracking number. The tracking number shows us the same information that is given to the customer. We do not replace or refund lost, stolen, refused or returned packages. Once an order is shipped, we do not have control over how USPS handles the package. If you use a shipping forwarding service, we are not responsible for any issues that may occur.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. But if there is an error in your order such as wrong item received, we will do our best to correct it.

Our products are handmade and limited edition. Once your order is placed through our system, it begins to be made (unless it’s an already made product). Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged during Transit:

If on the extremely rare occasion, an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us and send us a photo and a description of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. The case will then be evaluated and further steps will be taken. Decision is made on an individual basis. Please be aware that we cannot accept any claims for damaged items beyond the time frame of 24 hours after you receive the merchandise.
