Processing and Shipping:

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our current processing time is 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday). This is the amount of time it takes for us to make, package, and label your order, then send it out to the post office. We do not process orders on holidays or weekends. Around the Holiday season, processing times may be longer. Please make sure to check back here, or at the banner on top of our website, for updated processing times, as they can sometimes change. When your order ships, you will receive a notification in your email with a tracking number. You may also find the tracking number in your account under your “orders”. Please allow USPS to update their tracking in the system 24-48 hours after the label has been created. Sometimes USPS doesn’t scan package right away.

Please make sure that all items you want to purchase are in your cart at checkout, since we cannot edit orders, (add or remove items) once the order is placed.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.

We operate and ship from California, USA. All products are made in the USA.


We offer free complimentary shipping on all US orders that value $35.00 or more. The free shipping option will be shown once your order meets the $35.00 minimum. The free shipping qualifies for all spiritual products such as candles, oils, herbal products, intention jewelry, bath and body products such as soaps, bath salts, and gift sets. We do not offer free shipping on printed items such as t-shirts, sweaters, tote bags, pillows, mouse pads, mugs etc. These items will arrive to you in separate shipments.


Customers are solely responsible for providing their accurate shipping address during checkout. In the event that items are shipped to an incorrect address due to customer negligence, refunds will not be issued. If an item is returned to us due to wrong address entered, we will process a refund for your order amount, but please note that a 25% restocking fee of the total order amount will be applied to cover the labor and packaging costs associated with your order. Additionally, the shipping fee, which has already been rendered, will not be refunded. Please note that we cannot verify the accuracy of the customer’s address entered during checkout, and therefore, we do not assume any responsibility in this regard. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order with us. Thank you for your understanding.

Should you have a change of heart and no longer wish to keep your order, please be aware that we will not issue refunds for refused packages or unauthorized returns. Buyer covers the shipping costs if they would like a reshipment after an order refusal or a forced return. You’re welcome to contact us at so we can arrange that for you. We do not accept returns as these are artisan products.

Cancellation Requests:

***Candles, perfume oils, jewelry, ritual oils etc. are handmade products, and are limited edition. We do not grant cancellations. They are handmade, so a lot of time goes into making them! Please be mindful of this before purchasing. Make sure that your order is accurate before you complete your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

If you’ve already placed your order and decide to add more items, please place another order since we cannot manually add items to your current order. 


We ship everywhere within the USA. We do not ship internationally at the moment.  

EXCHANGES, Replacements/damaged items, and weather conditions:

Exchanges: We don’t accept exchanges as all our items are delivered in brand new condition to ensure the best experience for our customers.
Replacements/Damaged Items: We do everything we can to ensure the quality and condition of our products. With that said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that the postal system can be rough with deliveries at times. We do make sure to protectively wrap every product so that it can arrive to you safely and in one piece. Despite our efforts, sometimes things don’t go as planned. We recommend you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours. Please be aware that we cannot accept any claims for items beyond the time frame of 24 hours after you receive the merchandise. No exceptions. 
Weather Conditions: We unfortunately cannot predict the severity of the weather conditions and as to whether or not they will impact the product or delivery. Due to factors beyond our control, such as the weather, we are unable to provide replacements for products that may become damaged because of severe weather conditions or natural disasters. It is advisable not to order products in liquid form when the weather temperatures are at or below freezing point, or during extremely hot weather. Please be mindful of this before ordering as we cannot refund or replace items damaged due to natural weather conditions. You can always place your order once the weather conditions improve in your area.


Eternally Arcane® is not liable for stolen, misdelivered, or packages that were marked as delivered but are not there. We are only liable for the package from the time it leaves our business and to the post office. On the rare instance, if any of the above issues occur, please contact USPS. You may have to file a theft report if your package was stolen from your residence and can’t be found, or fill out a missing mail form with USPS if the package is lost. Please contact your local post office that services your area within 30 days of the purchase, or call the USPS hotline. The USPS hotline number is 1-800-275-8777. You may also visit their official website to fill out their missing mail form. They will provide you with the necessary steps to retrieve your package.

Returns and Refunds: 

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns, unless it is approved by us. Unauthorized/forced returns will not be refunded. Our products are artisan, one of kind, and limited edition. A lot of work and energy goes into each product. Spiritual products become affected by different energies so we cannot resale them. This is due to spiritual reasons as well as hygienic reasons. All of our products are brand new and freshly made for our customers.

Shipping Forwarding Services: 

If you use a shipping forwarding service, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. These are 3rd party shipping providers and are not associated with our business. Any lost or stolen items need to be addressed with your 3rd party shipping provider.
