Shipping & Returns
USPS First Class Mail Estimated delivery time: 2-6 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days. (may vary based on order volume).
Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping may be delivered to PO Boxes and addresses. Standard shipping time is 2-6 business days (may vary based on order volume).
Priority Mail Shipping: Priority Mail shipping time is 1-3 business days. (may vary based on order volume).
Processing and Shipping: Processing your order may take anywhere from 2-6 business days depending on whether it’s a made to order product. Most larger orders are shipped priority mail express. For small items, I ship First Class Mail. If you need your order sooner, please select Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Orders of value $50.00 or more ship free with Priority Mail for larger orders such as candles and bath salts or First Class for smaller orders such as jewelry or a soap.
All orders come with tracking numbers. You can find your order information and tracking number under “Purchases”. Please be aware that I am not responsible for USPS delays, lost, stolen or misdelivery of parcel items as well as items that state as “delivered” but have not been. Please contact your local post office if that happens.
An accurate address for delivery must be provided at the time the order is placed. Once an order has shipped, Eternally Arcane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the provided address. Please contact the shipping carrier when making inquires regarding the delivery of your package and provide your tracking number.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Our shipping labels are generated automatically in the system with the address you have provided. We cannot refund you if you don’t receive your package because you provide us with the wrong shipping address. There are no refunds for refused packages.
Returns, Cancellations and Replacements
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and we cannot grant cancellations. We make sure your order arrives safely by using efficient packing materials and “Fragile” stickers. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us withing 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide us with a description and photos of the damaged product. We will work to find a solution to rectify the issue. We value your business and would like you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
