Processing and Shipping:
Based on the amount of orders in queue, turn around time may vary and can take 2-7 business days to ship. Orders are processed during business days only (Monday-Friday). Around the holidays, turnaround times may be longer. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number. Orders are usually sent to the post office the next day after you receive a notification. For orders going to different addresses, please place them separately and fill out the correct destination address.
If you place an order, then decide to place another order, we can combine shipping. Just contact us within 24 hours of placing your orders. Orders cannot be combined after the shipping label is created.
All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer FREE complimentary priority mail shipping on all US orders that value $100.00 or more. The free shipping option will be shown once your order meets the 100.00 minimum (excluding taxes and fees)
We operate and ship from California, USA. All products are made in the USA.
It’s the buyers responsibility to make sure that their mailing address is correct. Please review your shipping address prior to checking out and make sure that it’s correct. Unauthorized/forced returns will not be refunded due to incorrect mailing addresses. This applies to any order that gets returned to us. You may however have your order reshipped to you. Buyer pays for shipping. You’re welcome to contact us so we can arrange that for you.
All sales are final. Because our products are handmade, we do not grant cancellations. Our products are limited edition, so once an order is placed, it’s in line for processing and cannot be canceled. The order begins being made/put together once you place your order. Please be mindful of this before purchasing. Our FAQ section, and Policy is available for everyone to refer to prior to making a purchase. We ship everywhere within the USA. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Damage during transit:
If on the extremely rare occasion, an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us and send us a photo and a description of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. The case will then be evaluated and further steps will be taken. Decision is made on an individual basis. Please be aware that we cannot accept any claims for damaged items beyond the time frame of 24 hours after you receive the merchandise.
Incomplete or Wrong Address, Stolen, Misdelivery, Returned, Refused, Packages Stating as Delivered but Lost Packages:
Eternally Arcane® is not responsible for incomplete or wrong addresses entered, stolen or misdelivered packages that state delivered but are not, returned, refused, or lost packages. In the rare case, if any of the above issues occur, please contact USPS. They will provide you with the necessary steps to retrieve your package. We cannot locate or help with delivery of a package since the only information provided to us is the tracking number. The tracking number shows us the same information that is given to our customer. If there is a issue with USPS delivering your package such as a lost package occurrence, please contact USPS or you local post office within 30 days of the purchase. USPS hotline number is 1-800-275-8777.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
All products are handmade. We put in a lot of time and energy into each product, some are even made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Unauthorized/forced returns will not be refunded. This applies to any order that gets returned to us. Please make sure that your order is accurate before you complete your purchase. Cancellations, refunds, exchanges or returns will be not be granted. Thank you for your understanding!
